The entire 1st Link team is comprised of true industry insiders, with extensive background in real estate along with comprehensive training. We have owned investment property and income properties. As a result, we understand the real estate industry intimately and offer a true owner’s perspective to our advisory and brokerage services.


	Albert Vong has been with 1st Link Financial Services since January 2006, with over 4 years experience in the real estate and finacial planning industry. Currently based in Orange County, CA and represents investors, buyers, and sellers with a focus on self directed IRA investments into real estate. Albert completed his undergraduate work in Business Administration and hold a BS Degree from the University of California, Riverside. Albert is a licensed real estate broker and Realtor in the State of California.
	Steven Senft has been with 1st Link Financial Services since January 2006, with over ten years experience in hotel operations, ownership and real estate. He is currently based in Los Angeles and represents sellers and buyers, with a focus on assets in the Pacific states. Steve completed his undergraduate work in Hospitality Management and holds a MBA from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is in process of earning his Certification in Real Estate, Development, and Hotel Investment from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Steve is a licensed real estate salesperson and a Realtor in the State of California.
	Jim Ferrara has been with 1st Link Financial Services since March 2006, with over 20 years experience as a accountant, Enrolled Agent, and financial advisor. Currently based in Orange County, CA. Jim has been advising clients on individual taxes, corporate taxes, trust, and other financial matters. Jim is a licensed real estate salesperson and a Enrolled Agentin the State of California.
